Select the issue from the navigation panel on the left side of Binfer to report an issue.

 1. Select the type of issue from the below options:

– Bug: an issue with the app’s functionality or something that simply doesn’t work and needs fixing. 

– Feature: an issue with an existing feature or features you think Binfer should include.

– Support: A question or issue that you would like the Binfer team to contact you about. 

 2. Enter the title of your communication in the ‘Subject’ field

 3. Fill ‘Description’ filed with as many details as you can. Please be very specific.

 4. Click the send icon on the top left.
